We recently had Best Buy Painting do a full interior paint job at our new home, and they were absolutely incredible! They repainted all of our oak trim and doors, along with the ceilings and walls, and completely transformed the space. From start to finish, the team was professional, easy to work with, and extremely efficient with their time. They worked quickly without ever sacrificing quality. Every line was precise, and the finished product looks amazing. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Best Buy Painting to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work!

We had outside and inside work done. The outside work involved climbing a steep pitch roof and rehabbing some cedar siding around a patio door. Both jobs were done very well, and everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. No spill or garbage anywhere. The interior work involved patching a small are of ceiling in our kitchen. The patching was not noticeable and the feathering of the paint with the existing ceiling cannot be seen. Again, efficient and expert work performed with careful attention paid to covering existing furniture and flooring in the area. Best Buy comes highly recommended by us.

The crew did a fantastic job on our projects.They were on time, clean, and professional. I will use BBP for any future painting projects and will recommend to family and friends.

**Original Review (Edited with Update):** After posting my initial review, I was contacted by Best Buy Painting, and work was scheduled and completed within two weeks. The painters were polite, professional, and the finished work looks great. My husband and I are very pleased with the outcome. That said, I do wish the staff had been more transparent and upfront about the initial delay. Open communication from the beginning would have helped set better expectations. Overall, we are happy with the work that was completed. *** Unfortunately, very unhappy with this experience and the lack of communication. Deposit paid in April for power washing and a repainting/refinishing of our front door. It’s now September 29th and nothing has been completed. We contacted them every 6 weeks or so for status updates and only get the runaround when asking for a timeline for the work to be completed. In August we asked that they cut the power washing and just focus on the door so that we can get the work done. Nothing. Just quick responses that the inclement weather held them up (all summer when it barely even rained.) At this point we are out a deposit and still have a door in need of repair. Incredibly frustrating. We interviewed several companies in the spring and felt so confident in our decision. So very disappointed and frustrated by this experience.
